Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, mobile applications, and courier, parcel delivery, haulage, and logistics services (the “Services”) provided by PS Green Logistics Limited (“PS Green”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company operating in Lagos, Nigeria. By booking a shipment, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

PS Green provides intra-Lagos same-day and next-day delivery, interstate delivery across Nigeria, international shipping (some legs of interstate and international shipments may be carried by our vetted delivery partners), waybill services, haulage, e-commerce fulfilment, and corporate logistics. Specific service availability, pricing, and turnaround times are set out at the point of booking and may vary by origin, destination, weight, and item type.

2. Booking, Pricing & Payment

Prices quoted through our instant quote calculator or booking flow are estimates based on the information you provide (weight, dimensions, addresses, service type, declared value). We reserve the right to recalculate the final price if the actual weight, dimensions, or item category differs materially from what was declared. Payment is due at booking via the payment methods we make available (card, bank transfer, USSD via Paystack) unless a corporate credit arrangement applies. Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise.

3. Prohibited & Restricted Items

You must not tender any item listed in our Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy for shipment. We reserve the right to inspect, refuse, hold, or dispose of any shipment reasonably suspected to contain a prohibited or restricted item, and you remain liable for any loss, damage, fines, or costs arising from a prohibited item tendered in breach of this clause.

4. Declared Value & Insurance

You are responsible for accurately declaring the value of items shipped. Optional goods-in-transit insurance may be purchased at booking for an additional fee calculated as a percentage of declared value. Compensation for loss or damage is limited as set out in our Claims & Refunds Policy, and is capped at the lower of the declared value or the applicable insured amount.

5. Pickup, Delivery & Delivery Attempts

You must ensure someone is available at the agreed pickup and delivery windows, or that accurate hub drop-off/pickup arrangements are made. Where a delivery attempt fails because the receiver is unavailable or the address is inaccurate, we will make further attempts as described at booking; additional attempts, redelivery, or return-to-sender may incur extra charges.

6. Tracking & Communications

Every shipment is assigned a unique tracking number. We will send status notifications by email (and, where enabled, SMS/WhatsApp) at key points in the shipment lifecycle. Live driver location is only shared on the public tracking page while a shipment is out for delivery, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a booking before pickup for a full or partial refund depending on how far along the booking is, as described in our Claims & Refunds Policy. Once a shipment has been picked up, cancellation is not guaranteed and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Liability

Except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, our liability for any loss, delay, or damage to a shipment is limited to the lower of the declared value or the insured amount (if insurance was purchased), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or profit.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at psgreenlimited100@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the website or by email. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
