Prohibited & Restricted Items

To keep our people, vehicles, and your goods safe, and to comply with Nigerian law and the requirements of the carriers we work with for interstate and international legs, the following items must never be tendered for shipment through PS Green Logistics.

1. Strictly Prohibited

• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and fireworks
• Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Live animals
• Human remains or body parts
• Counterfeit goods or currency
• Hazardous materials: flammable liquids/gases, corrosives, radioactive material, and compressed gas cylinders
• Perishable food items without prior written approval
• Items whose import/export is illegal under Nigerian law or the law of the destination country

2. Restricted (Require Prior Approval & Accurate Declaration)

• Cash, negotiable instruments, and precious metals/stones above a declared value threshold
• Electronics and lithium-battery-powered devices (subject to carrier battery-shipping rules)
• Alcohol and tobacco products (subject to destination-state restrictions)
• Fragile items (must be declared as fragile at booking and appropriately packaged)
• Items being shipped internationally may be subject to additional customs and prohibited-items rules for the destination country

3. Our Right to Inspect & Refuse

We reserve the right to open and inspect any parcel where we reasonably suspect it contains a prohibited or undeclared restricted item, to refuse or hold any shipment that appears to breach this policy, and to report suspected illegal items to the appropriate authorities. Shipping a prohibited item is a breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in loss of insurance cover, forfeiture of the item, and liability for any resulting costs, fines, or damages.
