Every courier - not just PS Green - maintains a list of prohibited and restricted items, driven by safety regulation and carrier policy rather than company preference.

Common categories include firearms and ammunition, illegal drugs, hazardous or flammable materials, and live animals.

Some items aren't banned outright but are 'restricted' - they need accurate declaration and sometimes extra packaging or insurance, such as electronics with lithium batteries or high-value jewellery.

Shipping a prohibited item, even unknowingly, can result in the parcel being held or refused, and can affect your eligibility for compensation under our claims policy.
